Hi, I’m Courtney Neville!
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF LUMINARY SUPPORTS
I've spent over 10 years working in the disability sector, and it's a career I'm truly passionate about. My journey began in 2015 supporting children with additional needs through community soccer programs before moving into roles as a Disability Support Worker and Team Leader within respite and Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.
In late 2021, I took the leap and started Luminary Supports as a sole trader, combining my experience and qualifications in Disability and Allied Health Assistance to provide personalised, participant-centred supports. As demand for our services continued to grow, it quickly became clear that I couldn't do it alone. Today, I'm incredibly proud to lead a dedicated team of support workers who share the same values and commitment to helping participants achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum to my daughter, Kelsie, and have a wonderful partner Ethan. We also have two beautiful dogs, Winnie and Hazel, who keep us on our toes! I love spending quality time with my family and friends, traveling, snowboarding, watching our local soccer team and getting creative.
My Approach
For me, great support starts with understanding the person, not just the plan. I believe in taking the time to listen, build trust and provide support that genuinely fits into each participant’s life. As Luminary has grown, that same approach has remained at the heart of everything we do: personalised, reliable support that helps people feel heard, confident and empowered.
Genuine Connection
Strong support is built on trust. I want every participant and family to feel comfortable, respected and understood, with a team that takes the time to get to know their individual needs, preferences and goals.
Independence, your way
Support should work around the individual, not the other way around. Our focus is on creating meaningful opportunities for participants to build confidence, independence and greater choice in their everyday lives and community.
