Meet Our Team

Hey, I'm Emma!
I’m the Operations Manager at Luminary Supports. I oversee the day-to-day operations behind the scenes while also providing direct support to our participants. I love having the opportunity to balance administrative responsibilities with spending time out in the community supporting clients, as it allows me to build meaningful relationships and see the positive impact our team has every day.
I’ve been working in the disability sector for around five years, and it’s a career that continues to inspire me. Every day brings new experiences, opportunities to learn, and the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of participants and their families.
Outside of work, I enjoy weekends away in our caravan, spending quality time with my family and friends, and relaxing at home. I believe that maintaining a healthy work-life balance helps me bring energy, positivity, and compassion to the people I support.
Whether it’s providing in-home support, assisting with community access, transport, or attending appointments, I’m passionate about helping participants achieve their goals while promoting independence, confidence, and meaningful connections within their community.

Hey, I'm Jess!
I’m all about building genuine connections and creating a space where people feel comfortable, understood and supported.
I’m naturally warm, calm and observant, and one of my “super powers” is recognising the little changes in someone’s mood, body language or energy so I can adapt my approach and help people feel at ease. I enjoy supporting people to build confidence and independence, while making sure they always feel valued and heard.
Outside of support work, I’m a wife, mum, animal lover and a small business owner. I’m a creative person at heart and definitely a homebody—but if there’s a bush walk, beautiful scenery or somewhere peaceful to explore, count me in!
A quote I’ve always lived by is, “People won’t always remember what you said, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel.” This mindset has always guided me and is something I bring into every interaction.

Hi, I'm Bianca!
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me playing soccer, spending time with family and friends, enjoying a quiet day at home with my cats, or getting outdoors and making the most of my free time.
I’ve been working as a Disability Support Worker for around 5 years. I’m easy-going, reliable and enjoy bringing a positive attitude wherever I go. I really value building genuine connections with the people I support and creating an environment where they feel comfortable, respected and included. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and encouraged to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.
Some of my strengths include being patient, organised and dependable. I enjoy supporting people with community access and daily living, while helping them build confidence and independence along the way. Whether it’s getting out into the community, trying something new, or simply helping around the home, I’m always happy to provide support that suits each person’s individual needs and interests.
Most importantly, I enjoy making each day a little more positive, enjoyable and meaningful for the people I support.

Hello, I’m Dannielle!
I have enjoyed being a support worker for the last 2 years. I completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and turned to support work to get some hands on experience with real people.
As a support worker I have a calm and easy-going nature that a lot of participants benefit from. I love to connect with participants by getting involved in activities and learning about who they are and what makes them unique.
Outside of work I spend time with my 5 year old daughter and play soccer on the weekends. In my spare time I go to the gym and recently started playing golf. I love to try out different hobbies and learn about participants’ interests.

Hi, I’m Zac!
I’ve been working in the support industry for the past two and a half years, and it’s something I’ve really come to love. I enjoy getting to know the people I support, helping them work towards their goals and being there to celebrate the wins along the way. I’m someone who enjoys a challenge and likes figuring out different ways to overcome obstacles when things don’t go to plan. I believe support is about more than just helping with day-to-day tasks — it’s about building a good connection, having a laugh, trying new things and helping people feel confident and comfortable being themselves.
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of the outdoors and keeping active. I love surfing, snowboarding, fishing, camping, going for walks and spending time at the beach or out in nature. I’m also into gaming and enjoy a bit of downtime when I get the chance. I’m always up for an adventure and trying something new, and I love bringing that positive attitude into my work. For me, the best part of support work is being able to share experiences with people, help them reach their goals and hopefully make their day a little better along the way.
